Though lenovo has incorporated only 64gb internal storage, users will be able to expand it as per their convenience.lenovo k13 note comes with a 6.5 inches ips lcd comprising a 720 x 1600 pixels screen resolution and a pixel density of 270ppi. The bezel-less front screen of the device promises impressive visuals with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 90hz refresh rate. It also gets a waterdrop notch to house the front cameras.lenovo k13 note houses a quad-camera configuration on its backside with led flash. The camera setup consists of a 48mp f/1.7 primary camera, an 8mp f/2.2 ultra-wide angle lens, a 2mp f/2.4 macro camera and another 2mp f/2.4 depth shooter. Continuous shooting, hdr mode, exposure compensation and iso control, face detection etc are some of the main features. A 13mp f/2.2 primary camera is provided on the front.lenovo k13 note packs a unisoc t700 chipset and 4gb ram to power up an octa-core processor combination, which comprises cortex a75 dual-core 1.8ghz and cortex a55 hexa core. A mali-g52 gpu loaded within promises a top-graded graphical experience.lenovo has provided a massive 5000mah li-polymer battery that is non-removable besides being compatible with fast charging technology.the device flaunts 64gb internal storage, which can be expanded up to 1tb using a microsd card. The smartphone is compatible with a 4g volte connection besides mobile hotspot, wi-fi 802.11, b/g/n, usb type-c and bluetooth v5.0, a-gps glonass.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
